New Business Development - European Bank: our client was looking to develop a Growth Markets business to augment their existing G7 Global Markets business. They needed to define the business case and the implementation strategy to support this. Sales Performance assessment - Canadian Bank: the new management of the Capital Markets business of a leading Canadian Bank needed to obtain an objective and independent assessment of its client business to baseline performance of the sales team and the client business, and to identify opportunities to grow the business. An Adsatis team of senior level SMEs undertook a comprehensive review of the bank’s top 60 clients to establish the client perception of the service quality and the business performance of the bank, in comparison to other banks.
